The Break O’Day Interim Scheme applies to the entire Break O’Day area for valid development applications submitted prior to 21st July, 2023. The Interim Scheme can be found here.

UPDATE

Break O’Day Council has transitioned to the Tasmanian Planning Scheme (TPS) and the Break O’Day Local Provisions Schedule (LPS). All applications submitted from 21st July, 2023 will now be assessed against the TPS and LPS.
